Now that's thinking outside the Jello box! It's funny...according to the dire warnings on the label we spent our entire lives living in fear of mixing Jello with fresh pineapple - it was right up there on the list of "Do Not's" along with running with scissors. So when I saw your recipe it made me laugh. How courageous! How defiant! I currently have a pineapple ripening on my counter and a box of strawberry Jello in my pantry. Going to make this tonight - thanks!
