I've had this song in my head for days, it's on the soundtrack to a Barbie movie the girls like and the lyrics go something like this...my breakfast of champions is a cold pizza & a cold cup of coffee, barely time to shower...It's hilarious hearing my 5 year old sing about a cold cup of coffee.
I can't concentrate because Daisy is crying at my side. Before you get all "oh, poor baby, what's wrong?" let me assure you: The Animal is just fine. It's not even like real crying, just loud wailing with no tears. She does look pitiful though looking into two slits for eyes that are swollen by mosquito bites, she looks like a knocked out boxer. She's mad at me because I won't let her rip apart her older sisters paper collage masterpiece and dip her scrambled eggs in her water cup then dump the contents out onto her tray and splash it onto the freshly mopped floor. Who am I kidding, the floor is not freshly mopped. I don't even know why I said that, probably to keep up appearances as the Self-Proclaimed Domestic Goddess, which by now we all know is a SHAM....The socialite daughter is at a slumber party, another one is at the farm, we've already discussed Daisy, who is now crying again because she is not aloud to play with the nobs on my sewing machine. Oh, and the baby, the baby is in her jumperoo - God Bless the inventor of the Jumperoo~ I could kiss the ground you walk on.
Justin Case you're wondering, there is no point I'm getting to, just a bit of venting...I had a dream last night I went to the dentist ~ the hygienist was the fiddle player from Celtic Woman and my dentist was Carlos from Desperate Housewives; he wanted to do a root canal on 2 teeth. I wrote him a bad check so he took my car and I had to call Mr. Besserina to come pick me up. I'm sure I had this dream because my little maneatin' sister had her wisdom teeth out the other day and her little head is now the size of a watermelon. She and The Animal would make a great pair.
