made orange pecan biscotti that turned out perfectly. link to recipe here. used the fresh orange juice from the grated orange instead of grand marnier. and more like 3 T grated orange peel.
when you bake your biscotti standing up like this instead of laying down 1) you don't have to turn it over while baking and 2) turns out much crispier and 3) you can fit more on the baking sheet.these were gone in less than 48 hours.
